THE PROCESS

1. MEET WITH CORPORATE TEAM

After you share your contact details, you’ll receive meeting invite from our corporate team which provides a detailed executive overview of the opportunity. We will also reach out to learn more about your interest in the Curry Pizza House® business opportunity and answer any questions you may have.

2. SIGN FDD & $35K FRANCHISE FEE

After we have had our initial discovery call, you’ll receive a copy of the Curry Pizza House® Franchise Disclosure Document. After reviewing the FDD, you will sign the agreement and pay the $35K fee. In addition to this, we'll start working with you to scout potential locations.

3. FINALIZE SITE & LEASE

Once you have selected the site and signed your lease, the corporate team will assign a dedicated Project Manager to work with you.

4. DESIGN & RENOVATION

The next steps will involve working with you, the architect and general contractor to build out your store. Curry Pizza House® will provide you with the latest Design Intent Package (DIP) that outlines the overall layout of the front of house, back of house and brand guidelines.

5. TRAINING

Prior to your soft opening, we'll ask you to send two senior members of your team for training at one of our corporate locations. This training is intended to focus on people that are going to be working day-to-day in the store and remain hands-on.

6. SOFT OPENING

Once you have finished your training, we'll plan a date for your soft opening. The goal of a soft opening it to ease into the day-to-day operations and iron out any hick-ups in the front and back of the house. The soft opening will help us prepare for our grand opening.

7. GRAND OPENING

Once we have the restaurant operations running smoothly, we'll work on locking in a date for your grand opening. The goal of the grand opening is to make a splash in your local community. The grand opening will include PR, direct mailers, social media, influencers and other marketing strategies to get consumers to learn about your brand and location.

8. GROWTH & EXPANSION

Post your grand opening, the corporate team will work with you on executing your marketing strategies and make the biggest impact of your 3% local marketing fund. The key to growth and expansion will be consistency in your marketing plays and providing excellent customer service. We encourage and drive all our franchisees to focus on digital platform reviews across Yelp, Doordash, Uber Eats, Google Reviews and other similar websites.

9. MULTI UNIT FRANCHISE

Many of our single owner location franchisees end up expanding to a multi-unit concept. Based on your long term goals, you can expand to own and operate multiple CPH units. We also offer Area Director rights for qualified candidates.
